The 2nd Executive Council Meeting of NAFMII Holds in Beijing

On August 27, the second Executive Council Meeting of NAFMII, which was presided by Executive Vice President and Secretary General Shi Wenchao, held in Beijing. Representatives of 39 members of the Executive Council and Chair Organization of the Supervisory Board attended the meeting. The meeting approved 10 self-regulatory rules, including ��NAFMII Repo Master Agreement (2010 Version)��, ��NAFMII Loan Transfer Agreement (2010 Version)��, ��Operational Guidelines for Pilot Program of Credit Risk Mitigation Instruments in the Inter-bank Market��, ��Rules on Market Evaluation of NAFMII Members concerning the Non-financial Corporate Debt Underwriting Business��, ��Rules on Market Evaluation of Accounting Firms and Law Firms��, and ��Rules on the Private Listing of Debt Instruments for Corporations in Non-Financial Sectors��.
