On April 7, Ms. Cao Zijuan, Deputy Secretary General of NAFMII met with Mr. Thierry de Longuemar, Vice President of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and his delegation.

During the meeting, Ms. Cao first welcomed the visit of Mr. Longuemar and his delegation, and expressed appreciation for the long-standing support of ADB for the development of NAFMII as well as China’s bond market. Ms. Cao also briefly introduced the developments of the China’s bond market in 2014, the work NAFMII had done, as well as the the overall situation over the opening up of China’s bond market. Subsequently, both sides made in-depth exchanges on the role of ADB in the interbank market. The two sides agreed to further strengthen cooperation and carry out more in-depth information exchange and experience sharing in areas of mutual concern.
