During the meeting, Mr. Feng welcomed Andrew Parmley and his delegation, Mr. Feng expressed his appreciation of City of London's efforts in promoting the development of global financial industry. NAFMII representatives in the meeting introduced the opening up of China's bond market and the market-oriented evaluation system of non-financial enterprises debt financing instruments underwriting business. Andrew Parmley spoke highly of the rapid development of Chinese bond market and the role NAFMII plays in such process. He said that as China and the UK are deepening cooperative relations, the City of London hopes to communicate and cooperate with NAFMII on a range of topics, including financial markets' development, the Belt and Road Initiative and green finance. Both sides expressed their willingness to strengthen exchanges and cooperation in the future, provide better service to the market players in both countries and jointly promote bilateral economic and financial collaboration.
